Et si finalement cette pratique ne signait-elle pas la d\u00e9faite du management ?<\/p>\n<p>Le l\u00e9gislateur a r\u00e9cemment orient\u00e9 la lumi\u00e8re, de mani\u00e8re indirecte, sur l\u2019entretien annuel en obligeant les entreprises \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer des entretiens dits professionnels. Ces derniers qui ont lieu le plus souvent tous les deux ans doivent porter sur le futur du salari\u00e9, sur ses perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle. Ainsi, entre dans la l\u00e9gislation une obligation d\u2019entretien pour tous les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de cette nouveaut\u00e9, plusieurs prises de parole se sont produites pour d\u00e9noncer non pas ce nouvel entretien, mais l\u2019entretien dit annuel, d\u2019\u00e9valuation, d\u2019activit\u00e9 selon les d\u00e9nominations pratiqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les finalit\u00e9s d\u2019un entretien annuel ? Il doit permettre aux deux parties en pr\u00e9sence de faire le bilan de l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui s\u2019est \u00e9coul\u00e9e et de tracer les perspectives de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Il peut \u00e9galement mettre en avant, de mani\u00e8re plus ou moins explicite, les points forts et les points d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du collaborateur.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises laissent \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019exprimer sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, l\u2019environnement de travail ou encore la qualit\u00e9 de la relation manag\u00e9riale. Bref, quand on regarde avec attention le contenu de ces entretiens, on y retrouve, dans ses grandes lignes, des composantes du management.<\/p>\n<p>Alors se pose naturellement la question de la raison m\u00eame de l\u2019existence de ces entretiens annuels\u2026 \u00e0 moins qu\u2019ils ne soient l\u00e0 que pour palier \u00e0 la faiblesse du management, management \u00e0 qui il est, paradoxalement, demand\u00e9 de faire passer ces m\u00eames entretiens !<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer au jury du serious game de Decathlon qui demandait \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9quipes d\u2019\u00e9tudiants de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur le lien entre la notion d\u2019ambassadeur de la marque et celles de collaborateurs ou de clients. Le point commun entre toutes les pr\u00e9sentations \u00e9tait la confiance n\u00e9cessaire entre chaque partie prenante pour que cela r\u00e9ussisse.<\/p>\n<p>Comment ces jeunes \u00e9tudiants, et tous les autres peuvent alors consid\u00e9rer le rendez-vous annuel de l\u2019entretien ? Comment pour eux, mais aussi pour les salari\u00e9s actuels, imaginer qu\u2019un rendez-vous une seule fois par an suffise pour formaliser sa relation au travail, relation qui doit \u00eatre bas\u00e9e sur la confiance et non sur un examen annuel ?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entretien annuel doit donc changer de contenu et de rythme. Il ne peut devenir qu\u2019un support, qu\u2019un guide pour aider les managers \u00e0 progresser dans leur relation manag\u00e9riale. Il doit \u00e9galement changer de rythme et devenir quotidien ou hebdomadaire.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, l\u2019ancien entretien annuel deviendra un vecteur de formation continue aussi bien du manager que du collaborateur.
