{"id":15718,"date":"2025-03-21T12:07:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T11:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aymericvincent.fr\/?p=15718"},"modified":"2025-03-08T08:19:01","modified_gmt":"2025-03-08T07:19:01","slug":"le-bonheur-au-travail-vu-par-les-jeunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aymericvincent.fr\/?p=15718","title":{"rendered":"Le bonheur au travail vu par les jeunes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les piliers du \u00ab job de r\u00eave \u00bb : le salaire, l\u2019ambiance au travail, et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie pro \u2013 vie perso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>47% des jeunes d\u00e9clarent que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est l\u2019un des deux crit\u00e8res principaux<\/strong> dans le choix d\u2019une entreprise (+5 pts depuis 2022), suivie en 2\u00e8me position de l\u2019ambiance au travail (31%, -1 pt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pourtant, 44% des jeunes se disent insatisfaits de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En parall\u00e8le, <strong>46% estiment que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie perso \/ vie pro est le facteur influen\u00e7ant le plus le bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/strong> (\u00e9gal en 2022). Pour concilier ces deux aspects, ils pensent que les entreprises doivent d\u2019abord favoriser la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires (53%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>86% des jeunes pensent que pour \u00eatre performante, une entreprise doit veiller au bien-\u00eatre de ses salari\u00e9s (stable).
